TSSC understands this and functions to empower the unserved and underserved sections of society by helping organizations of all sizes find the right investment opportunities for CSR projects in skill development. We are a 12A and 80G accredited organization with a proven track record in our current and past projects with highly reputed organizations like Ericsson, SBI Card, TCIL and Huawei. The utilization of the budget is focused on creating training infrastructure, setting up high-end research labs and providing industry relevant and futuristic skill development to a diverse range of beneficiaries. We have an experienced CSR team which selects only the most rewarding projects for our clients and beneficiaries. TSSC is already carrying out CSR projects with multiple organizations by providing training and infrastructure development. We have a national footprint of training partners, trainers and assessors who can easily mobilize, train, and assess candidates for a variety of projects . Through our CSR initiatives we provide capacity building for the telecom sector in the form of Centres of Excellence (CoE), training support through our Learning Management System (LMS) and placement support through our in-house job portal TelcoJobs.
